This is a pic from Colin's first trip bowling, there are already some pics up from his second time bowling, but I forgot the camera so we bought a disposable to capture the cuteness, and promptly forgot to get it developed.,,
Colin rolled a few gutter balls and then the clerk watching us came over and showed us how to turn on the bumpers. The next time we came bowling the guy working then gave us a ramp for Colin to use which helped his score, and the time it took the ball to get down the lane, but is less fun for him I think.
We roll at the PSU lanes in the basement of the student center for cheap, and he has been clamoring to go again since he saw a Tom and Jerry cartoon in bowling alley so we will probably be back soon...

While trying to put clothes on a still sleeping Colin this morning he uttered these word in a slightly irritated voice with very poetic pauses...

"Hot" steak and seafood

Some out of breath dude just banged on my door and told me he was the owner of Cascade Superior Foods and that he was done with deliveries for the day and had some boxes of steak and seafood in his truck he was practically giving away. His truck was a pickup with a refrigerated box on the back, and I think and it did say cascade on it, but nothing comes up in Google for "cascade superior foods". A couple weeks there was a French dude selling children's books, and we also got a woman selling cleaning product that are safe to drink once...


I think it is time for a NO SOLICITING sign.

Almost 4 years ago we were helping John and Julie pack up for their move to LA. Once the truck was packed there was some celebrating at the ice cream truck. Christine got one of these spongebob treats that has black gumball eyes. She kept wiping the eyeballs on me leaving black streaks. I told her to stop, but I eventually ended up knocking it out of her hand to stop her. It has been a sore point ever since and every time we hear an ice cream truck I am reminded (by her) of how mean I was and that I still owe her one.
Well I finally made it to the Mexican market down the street that just opened a taqueria. I was hoping it would be the best food ever, but the asada taco was only okay and they gave me the wrong burrito- I wanted carnitas and got some strange mix of stewed tomatoes, pickled jalapeños and onions, lettuce and guacamole. It was okay, but not at all what I wanted.
Colin saw the spongebob pops and freaked out so I decided it was time to repay Christine. Colin is eating his right now and making a terrible mess. I picked the eyes off his, and I will do the same when Christine gets hers (better safe than sorry)

Hey there... so obviously it has been a long while since we last updated. We are keeping busy, which if you are interested in, I guess with flickr you can follow a lot of our life in pictures without much of the story. I am done for the summer after my first term of clinic work and it will nice to have a break... not that I didn't technically have five day weekends already this summer, but not having the prep work and anticipation is a relief.
We just had out six year anniversary, Colin had his third birthday, Colin and I went to San Diego, we went to a couple beer festivals, went on a river cruise, ate some garlic, Sammy barks and sleeps a lot... and a bunch of other stuff.

That should pretty much catch you up.
